People who use services and carers

Quality Care Partnership is committed to ensuring that quality improvement in social care is informed by the needs and views of the people who use services and carers.  The participation of people who use services and carers is at the heart of all our workforce development activity since 2007 we have worked to deliver Skills for Care objectives, realisation of Service User and Carer participation strategy.

QCP continues to support  the facilitation of the Service User and Carer Advisory group and to work to ensure that the measure of quality is defined by the perception of people who use Services and Carers.
